Any physical activity requires warming up and stretching. For basketball, everyone usually shoots around. During the shoot around, if you hit a shot, you're supposed to get the ball back. It's called 'respect'. Unfortunately, the majority of the people i play with on Monday nights do not understand this concept. And it friggin pisses me off. Motha fucka, i hit that shot, give me MY ball! No, don't take some wack ass twirly-doo circus shot. Your job is to get fetch me the rock and pass it to me so i can shoot it again! FUCK!
